TLPA was established in 2021, as the global pandemic changed the way of working and at a time when foreign investors and corporations were beginning to once again expand foreign footprints in various countries, particularly in the Middle East. As economies and investments continued to come back online, TLPA was created to provide the networks of the region’s foremost legal professionals most capable of providing insight and counseling to the world’s most prominent investors and entrepreneurs.
